Vacation Rental Rates and Policies

Short Term Rates:*

• $250 per weekday night, 2 night minimum
• $550.00 per weekend, Arrive Friday 3 P.M. depart Sunday 12:00 P. M
• $1,400.00 Any 7 nights
• $3,500 for one month
• Note: Stays of less than 31 days are subject to a 10% county government tax

Longer Stays:*

*All rates subject to change prior to a confirmed booking. Half the applicable rent will hold the apartment for you. Payment must be received in full 30 days prior to arrival.
